Placing an order

• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

Delivery

• Shipping Process: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & refunds

Return Conditions:  Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
